How: Notary Seal remove expired

When a notary public has reached the end of his term or replaces a former notary stamp or seal with a new, old must be disposed of properly. Proper disposal means that the seal to free so that it is no longer usable. Some may require that you return to destroy your seal to the Secretary of State, instead, you. Do this by a razor and scissors to peel rubber from stamp 3Cut the rubber out to throw the timestamp after you delete the rest of the seal after you have prepared face rubber it. 4Discard seal.
